Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Requests after this window may not be accepted.
Eligibility
To qualify, an item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- Returned with all original tags and packaging
- Free of washing, alteration, damage, stains, perfume, makeup, or any sign of wear
SAHAR may refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size of the same item (subject to availability), or another item of equal or greater value, with any price difference paid by the customer. If the requested replacement is unavailable, SAHAR may offer an alternative solution.
Refunds & return shipping
Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected, and issued to the original payment method (subject to the provider's processing time). Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping is paid by the customer for change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent by SAHAR, SAHAR covers the return shipping cost.
Sale, discounted & limited items
Items bought on sale, promotion, or at a discount are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless SAHAR states otherwise at purchase. One-of-one or extremely limited pieces may also be final sale, as noted on the product page or at checkout.
Defective or incorrect items
Contact SAHAR customer service within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue and packaging. If SAHAR confirms the fault, we will arrange a replacement or other appropriate solution.
How to request a return or exchange
Contact SAHAR customer service with your order number, full name, item, reason for return/exchange, and preferred replacement (if any). Wait for confirmation before shipping anything back — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval before a return, exchange, or refund is processed. By placing an order with SAHAR, you agree to this policy.
